What’s included in the cost of the conference?

The cost of the conference includes a pass for the whole event, a goodie bag and snacks & drinks.

I can just attend the conference on Saturday. Can I purchase a single day ticket?

Unfortunately, single day passes are not available. There will be a brief on Saturday morning for those who were not able to attend on Friday, to ensure you get the most out of the event.
If you are not attending on Friday, we would really appreciate if you could let us know at info@innovateelt.com, so we can make sure you will be informed on Saturday.

I am a student. Am I eligible for concession tickets?

Concession tickets are available for OxfordTEFL Teacher Training Graduate or students. Please be prepared to show supporting documentation when registering on the day of the event, such as your enrolment form or course completion certificate. Please contact us at tickets@innovateelt.com for more information.

I can't attend for a really good reason. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, registration fees are not refundable. However, you have two options:
1) Give your ticket to a friend or colleague and let us know at info@innovateelt.com so we can change the name of the ticket holder.
2)Send us an email and we will put you in contact with someone in need of a ticket on our waiting list, in the case that the event is sold out. We are not responsible for any economic transactions resulting from this agreement.

I need an invoice before I can pay, what should I do?

Tickets can only be purchased online at Eventbrite site. We cannot prepare invoices before payment, but we can provide you with a receipt. Please email tickets@innovateelt.com with all the information you would like to be included.

I am buying a ticket for a friend or colleague, what should I do?

If you are buying the ticket for another person, enter their personal details on Eventbrite or email tickets@innovateelt.com so we can change the name of the ticket holder.

I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?

We are happy to prepare an invitation letter for you. After making the online booking, please contact us at info@innovateelt.com.
